The production range of UNICONFORT is divided into different families which differ in the type and power of the burner in function of the solid fuel that the user wishes to use.

The technical solutions proposed, allow the combustion of very humid material with irregular and high size.

We can supply a range of replacement parts for most biomass boilers.

Commercial Biomass Boilers

Biomass Boiler DUAL and CMT/F

Steel boilers with a refractory coating with high alumina content. Fixed combustion grill for burning solid biomass with low-medium moisture content (up to 60% on a dry basis).

DUAL and CMT/F model boilers are suitable for the production of:

  • Hot Water
  • Superheated Water
  • Steam
  • Powers from 90 to 5,800 kW.

Biomass Boiler EOS

Steel boilers with a refractory coating with high alumina content. Hybrid combustion grill with two areas: the first part fixed and the second part moveable for flexible combustion that adapts to the different types of fuels introduced. Boilers designed for the burning of solid biomass with moisture content of up to 75% on a dry basis and especially suited for agricultural biomass with low moisture but a high level of ash. EOS model boilers are suitable for the production of:

  • Hot Water
  • Superheated Water
  • Steam
  • Powers from 90 to 5,800 kW.

Biomass Boiler BIOTEC

Steel boilers with a refractory coating with high alumina content. Moveable, refractory steel combustion grill for burning solid biomass with medium-high moisture content (up to 80% on a dry basis).

Completely dry, large-section combustion chamber with several smoke turns for the optimal capture of dust in the fumes.

BIOTEC model boilers are suitable for the production of:

  • Hot Water
  • Superheated Water
  • Steam
  • Powers from 348 to 5,800 kW.

Biomass Boiler GLOBAL

Steel boilers with a refractory coating with high alumina content.

Refractory steel combustion grill for burning solid biomass with high/very high moisture content (up to 150% on a dry basis).

Completely dry, large-section combustion chamber with several smoke turns for the optimal capture of dust in the fumes.

Boiler suitable for the production of heating fluids with maximum pressures of up to 24 bar in the standard version and higher in special versions.

GLOBAL model boilers are suitable for the production of:

To meet the growing demand for co-generation plants powered by solid biomass, in addition to offering specialized technical solutions based on the specific need, Uniconfort offers its customers a series of related services.

Our philosophy is not to limit ourselves to simply supplying technology, but to place our experience in the world of biomass at the service of our customers to follow projects from the initial idea through the construction and management of the plant.

For this purpose, we have developed a series of service packages in addition to the supply and installation of the plant and which consist of the following phases:

High-Temperature Air and Gas Generators

Generators suitable for connection to drying systems or other applications requiring hot air and gas at up to 600 °C.

Prefabricated Plants

Uniconfort produces transportable, turnkey Thermal Biomass Plants.

These Plants can be constructed in containers or on skids, depending on their size.

Module A is a complete, pre-assembled thermal power plant; module B is used for storing the “fuel”, which is either chips or pellets.

The whole system is assembled on a platform.

Prefabricated thermal plant with silo

The main components of the plant are:

  • Prefabricated silo for storing chips complete with self-supporting steel structure and floating-bed extractor for the storage and extraction of dry and damp chips or pellets.
  • A horizontal extractor consisting of a rack with arms installed on sliding guides on the floor and connected to hydraulic cylinders powered by an oil pumping plant.
  • A screw for transporting fuel from the storage silo, connected to the automatic mechanical screw burner of the boiler. Steel boiler designed to use biomass fuels or, alternatively, even liquid and gaseous fuels. The boiler was designed to use fuels with high moisture content with minimum emissions at the chimney and high yields. To minimize maintenance, the boiler can be equipped with an automatic ash extraction system that conveys it to a collection bin, complete with cover and wheels.
  • “Downstream” from the boiler, there are a multi-cyclone dust-remover to clean residues from the fumes and a chimney.
